Expected better…. The picture is not bright, the gold as picture No. Have a frame with glass look, maybe pattern matte, the photo of the seller is glossy. The quality of the canvas no complaints. The photo it goes too high gloss. Will look Framing frame, size is difficult to find.

WORST customer service ever and the product quality is abysmal. The print quality is not clear at all and it looks to be smudged. It’s got small white bits left all around. The top and bottom white bits are easy to cut but the sides bits are extremely hard to cut without damaging the product.
I asked for the refund and they agreed to what they called ‘worry free’ return service and assured me that I did not have to pay for the freight.
I initially started a dispute for the reason being quality issues, but the seller refused to accept that. I didn’t want any more dramas so agreed to change the reason to ‘buyer does not like it.’
The seller took about 2 – 3 days to accept my dispute request, and then said I had to pay for the freight because my country’s not qualified for the free return service. The seller literally scammed me and gave me wrong information that I could return the items without pay for the freight.
This has been the worst experience I’ve had using aliexpress.
