Afromart is committed to your satisfaction.
To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:
- Refund must be requested in writing by contacting sales@Afromart.com
- Request of refund must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date
- Shapewears must be returned to Afromart immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting sales@Afromart.com.au as directed in step 1.
- The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in Afromart sole, reasonable discretion.
We are happy to issue full refund if item did not arrive, the description did not match what was on our site and was damaged before before delivery.
